A Greener Serial-to-Ethernet Solution

With this speedy 3-step web-based configuration, a user only needs to spend an average of 30 seconds to complete the settings and enable the application, saving a great amount of time and effort.
COM Port Grouping
The SED COM Grouping function allows you to create a COM Group and redirect data from it to several physical COM ports on device servers. With COM Grouping, you will be able to control multiple physical serial ports simultaneously by operating only one COM port.
The SED series can conveniently connect up to 4 serial devices to an Ethernet, allowing you to network your existing serial devices with only basic configuration. With SED series, you can both centralize the management of your serial devices, and distribute management hosts over the network. SED series can be used to connect different devices for remote management, each serial port operates independently to provide maximum versatility, each port can be operate in Driver, TCP Server, and TCP Client mode independently.

10/100M Ethernet to Fiber Optic Converter
The HFB Series 10/100M Auto-Sensing Ethernet Fiber Optic Transceiver is designed using advanced fiber optic technology. This series transmit and receive 10/100 Mbps (no adjustment is required) data over two single-mode optical fibers, extending the Ethernet transmission distance from its normal few hundred meters to 0-120 kilometers. By using optical fiber as transmission media, this series continue to perform its secured, high-speed and long-distance communication even under the adverse condition such as lighting, power surge and electromagnetic interference; Substantial saving on lighting and power surge protection equipments if copper wires were used.
The HFB Series is fully assembled using SMT components for stability and reliability.

The CAN Bus series products provide an optical point-to-point or bus network connection for CAN bus data interfaces on one or two, multimode or singlemode optical fibers. The CAN Bus Point-to-Point Transmission units operate as the end or terminal points and provide an electrical connection and a two fibre optical connection. Description
The HFB-FO-485 Multi-Drop Self-Healing Ring Transmission series products provide an optical self-healing ring network for RS232, RS422 /RS485 data interfaces over two multimode or singlemode optical fibers. The system offers maximum reliability as it can recover simultaneous faults or failures in two different locations and has contact closure outputs on each module to clearly indicate any fault location. The self-healing ring consists of two opposing data paths, ring A and ring B. Under normal operation only the primary path (ring A) is used for data transfer. If a fault is detected, the data is transferred to the secondary path (ring B) without interruption to the communications network.
The series is available in wall mount, DIN rail or 3U chassis card.

RS-485 Multi-Drop Bus Fiber Optic converter
The RS-485/422 Multi-Drop Bus Fiber Optic Modem series products provide an optical bus network for RS-232, RS-422 or RS-485 data interfaces over a pair of multimode or singlemode optical fibers. The Terminal module units operate as the end or terminal points and provide an electrical connection and a two fibre optical connection. The Repeater module units act as in-line repeater stations and provide a single electrical connection and two optical connections, one upstream and one downstream.
This series is available in either wall mount, DIN rail or 3U chassis card configurations.
