Overview

The 1 ch forward video + 1 ch RS232/422/485 + 1 ch Bidi contact closure to fiber converter transmit binary signal in one single optic fiber. It can be used in infrared alarm detector, fire, smoke detectors, anti-theft detectors and alarm system of long distance connection.

The fiber converter adopts optic fiber transmission technology transmitting multi channels contact closure signal over a single fiber. All digital uncompressed technology ensures real time transmission without distortion.

The modular design makes it easier for customer flexibly choose configuration according to specific application. Convenient for customer improve cable utilization rate. It has the advantages of high integration, small volume, low power consumption, reliable work, convenient for installation and operation.

The HFD Series 10/100M Auto-Sensing Ethernet Fiber Optic Converter is designed using advanced Multi-dro Bus Self-healing Ring fiber optic technology. This series transmit and receive 10/100 Mbps (no adjustment is required) data over two single-mode optical fibers, extending the Ethernet transmission distance from its normal few hundred meters to 0-120 kilometers. By using optical fiber as transmission media, this series continue to perform its secured, high-speed and long-distance communication even under the adverse condition such as lighting, power surge and electromagnetic interference; Substantial saving on lighting and power surge protection equipments if copper wires were used.

The HFD Series Industrial media converter is fully assembled using SMT components for stability and reliability.
